Crown Code Solutions provides web development, AI tool development, and related digital services. The specific scope, timeline, and cost of each project are agreed upon in writing (via WhatsApp, email, or formal quote) before work begins.
A 50% deposit is required to begin work. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before the final files are delivered or the site goes live. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Standard delivery is 2-3 business days from receipt of deposit and all required content (text, images, logos). Delays caused by the client (late content, delayed feedback) will extend the timeline accordingly.
Two rounds of free revisions are included. Additional revisions beyond this may incur extra charges at an agreed rate.
Upon full payment, the client owns the completed website and its content. Crown Code Solutions retains the right to display the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Crown Code Solutions is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. We build to the best of our ability, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes.
Either party may terminate the project with written notice. If terminated by the client, the deposit is retained. If terminated by Crown Code Solutions, a prorated refund may be issued.
